All clear
All clear means the emergency is over and normal operations may resume.
Who may call all clear
Section titled “Who may call all clear”Only the incident commander or designated backup — not general staff or volunteers.
How to trigger
Section titled “How to trigger”- IC confirms threat is resolved and areas are checked (coordinate with law enforcement when applicable).
- Authorized person taps Stop & All clear in Alert Mobile or fob button 4 (when fob is armed).
- Campus plays Code Green tone ×2. Listen →
- Brief announcement: normal operations resume; counseling / debrief as needed.
What all clear is not
Section titled “What all clear is not”- Not a separate “Code Green” drill button — it ends Red or Blue only.
- Not available when no code is active.
- Not a substitute for 911 standing down — follow dispatcher guidance.
After all clear
Section titled “After all clear”See Post-incident — debrief within 72 hours.
