New volunteer onboarding

1. Read Quick reference.
2. Listen to campus tones — know Red, Blue, and all clear by ear.
3. Know your room’s exit and assembly point — Classroom handout.
4. Add Arnold Alert to phone if you have a staff PIN.
5. Attend next quarterly tabletop.

Empty-building verification

When campus is empty, facilities may verify:

1. Test bell — walk each horn.
2. Code Blue once (short), then all clear.
3. Remote queue from cell (if Remote Operator PIN) — confirm audio within seconds.
